On-Line Orders / International Order Options
We accept direct orders from our web site, purchase orders or you can call us directly and place your order. CrustCrawler uses a fully encrypted and secure gateway for online credit card transaction processing. On-line orders require Visa, Master Card, American Express,Discover or PayPal. For international orders, we accept all credit cards as well as bank transfer (TT Transfer) of funds for an order. Please e-mail Crustcrawler for our banking information. CrustCrawler's shipping providers are the US Postal Service (U.S.P.S), Federal Express and UPS.
CrustCrawler maintains daily scheduled pickup from our shipping provider, USPS, UPS and Federal Express. Orders received during business hours are processed and shipped the following business day depending on inventory. CrustCrawler is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

University and School Purchases
We accept Net 15 and Net 30 School and University purchase orders. We also accept international school and University purchase orders. Business Purchase Orders
We accept Net 15 and Net 30 business purchase orders (U.S. Only unless pre-authorized by CrustCrawler).We will gladly provide you with an official quote so that you may generate your business purchase order. Please e-mail our sales office call us (480-577-5557) or fax us (480-503-1332) for your price quote. Please be sure to include the product names / part numbers, quantity of each, shipping address and phone number so that we may provide you with an accurate price quote. Business purchase orders will be accepted only after providing at least (3) approved credit references and the credit references are reviewed and approved by CrustCrawler Inc.

Technical Specifications and Support
All technical specifications, code, pictures, manuals, product releases, product availability, or general product information can be found on this site! If you cannot find the answers to your questions please visit our support forums. Posts are responded to within 24hrs (usually much sooner).
We currently DO NOT ship a product catalog.
Stock Availability and Back Orders
We take every effort to ensure adequate stock at CrustCrawler but there can be occasions when we sell out of a certain product
Domestic order can be shipped USPS, Federal Express or UPS. If you would like to upgrade your international order to Federal Express or UPS please e-mail or call us (480-577-5557). International orders ship USPS by default unless upgraded by the customer. Orders are shipped as soon as they are processed and invoiced. Please allow 1 - 2 business days for the processing of your order.
CrustCrawler ships worldwide. CrustCrawler is not responsible for any brokerage, customs fees, or country taxes. The actual value of all orders is indicated on the invoice, and restatements using lower values are not permitted.
Please provide your complete mailing address AND phone number (we cannot ship an international order without a phone number).
Arizona Sales Tax
All orders shipped to Arizona will be charged the current sales tax rate, unless you have a reseller's permit or tax exemption certificate on file with us. Submission of a certificate is not retroactive; therefore, you will be charged tax even if you later submit a certificate.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Call for a "Return Authorization Number" within 30 days of your purchase. We do not accept partially assembled items for return. All returns must be in excellent, original condition. Checks returned for non-sufficient funds incur a $25.00 penalty.
CrustCrawler has stringent quality control procedures in place to insure that you receive the best quality robotic products available.
30-DAY Limited Warranty
CrustCrawler Inc warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days. If you discover a defect, CrustCrawler, Inc. will, at its option, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price. Electronics and servo motors including the Robotis line of servos (AX,RX,DX and EX servos motors) are covered under a 10 day warranty from the purchase date. If you discover a defect, CrustCrawler will, at its option repair or replace the servo motor only. No refunds will be granted under any circumstance.
Hitec servos are warranted against defects for two years from the date of purchase. During this period Hitec will repair or replace any defective servo at Hitec's discretion. Please contact Hitec RCD for servo repair or replacement.
400HFS-L and 600HF Thrusters
The 400HFS-L and 600HF thrusters are covered by the warrenty outlined in the users manual. All thrusters are made to order and cannot be returned for any reason outside of the standard warranty and at Crustcrawlers discretion.
Parallax products are warranted by Parallax Inc. Please contact Parallax for warranties and repairs. www.parallax.com
Warranty does not apply if the product has been altered, modified, or damaged. CrustCrawler makes no other warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness of the product for any particular purpose even if that purpose is known to CrustCrawler, or any warranty relating to patents, trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property. CrustCrawler shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or loss of profits resulting from the handling or use of the product shipped. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annual percentage rate) will be charged on all past due amounts. Reasonable attorney fees will also be charged by seller in the event of any action proceeding for collection of the sums billed on the invoice.
How To Return a Product
When returning, you must first E-mail us at sales for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) or call 480-577-5557. No packages will be accepted without the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. After inspecting and testing, we will return your product, or its replacement using the same shipping method used to ship the product to CrustCrawler within 30 days. In your e-mail as well as return package, please include a daytime telephone number and a brief explanation of the problem.

CrustCrawler, Inc. is not responsible for special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty, or under any legal theory, including lost profits, downtime, goodwill, damage to or replacement of equipment or property, and any costs or recovering, reprogramming, or reproducing any data stored in or used with CrustCrawler products. CrustCrawler is also not responsible for any personal damage, including that to life and health, resulting from use of any of our products. You take full responsibility for your Robotic application, no matter how life-threatening it may be.
